Goodyear Global Headquarters

The Goodyear Global Headquarters project involved the construction of the new, 639,000-square foot, state of the art office building to serve as the global as well as North American headquarters for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company business team. At the time of its completion, Goodyear relocated approximately 2,000 associates into the building. The new building also connects with Goodyear’s existing Innovation Center and serves as a central campus for the company in Akron. The Innovation Center is currently home to more than 800 associates.

Notable Project Accomplishments

The project was the largest office building constructed in the city of Akron. The project was a fast-tracked, 18-month turn around and was awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification.
