J.W. Didado’s design-build construction process takes its customers from concept to completion quickly and cost-effectively, offering a “total” solution that always keeps them informed and in charge.
The Design-Build Process
J.W. Didado’s design-build expertise allows us to analyze customers’ electrical needs and work with architects, engineers, and construction managers to provide value engineering and complete service for every aspect of the project.
Step 1: Detailing
J.W. Didado Electric works one-on-one with the customer detailing the electrical needs of the project.
Step 2: Conceptualizing
J.W. Didado conceptualizes the electrical design to meet the demanding process specifications from individual load requirement and power distribution to meeting electrical codes and regulations.
Step 3: Presentation
J.W. Didado presents electrical designs and fine-tunes each project with the customer and awaits design approval for budget analysis.
Step 4: Budgeting
Through cost-conscious value engineering, J.W. Didado develops a plan that satisfies the electrical needs and works within the established budget.
Step 5: Critical Path Method
A Critical Path Method (CPM) is determined to ensure the project is completed on time and stays on budget.
Step 6: Construction
Construction and installation begin.
Step 7: Monitoring
J.W. Didado continually monitors the project and works with the customer to ensure that all processes are working smoothly and efficiently.
Plan-Spec Construct
Demands placed on today’s contractors and developers require that projects be completed on time and on budget. J.W. Didado’s proven Plan and Specification Construction System guarantees that those requirements are met.
J.W. Didado plans, evaluates, designs and estimates the job, providing the customer with an accurate and detailed analysis as well as a budget and time frame to meet customer expectations.
